One Ecosystem. Five Institutions. One Purpose.
Pandava Supereon brings together five complementary institutions under one long-term vision for human progress.
The Pandava Supereon ecosystem comprises operating companies, technology ventures, and civil-society institutions united by a common long-term vision. Pandava Supereon is a multidisciplinary ecosystem of enterprises and institutions working at the intersection of science, technology, sustainability, finance, human well-being and civilization. Rather than operate as a single institution, we build a family of focused institutions — each one an expression of a timeless strength, together forming one long-term purpose.

Mr. Anurag Srivastav
Mr. Anurag Srivastav is a business strategist, enterprise architect, and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience helping businesses define their growth ambition, build the organizational architecture to support it, and translate strategy into measurable enterprise value. An IIM Lucknow alumnus, he combines structured management thinking with entrepreneurial perspective and hands-on execution experience. His core strength lies in architecting businesses for their next stage of growth, working closely with promoters, founders, and senior leadership to move organisations beyond founder dependency and fragmented execution towards professionally managed, scalable, and institutionally stronger enterprises.
Having worked across businesses ranging from ₹100 Cr to ₹5,000 Cr scale, Anurag brings a deep understanding of the organisational, strategic, and financial complexities that accompany growth. He helps to build the institutional foundations required for scale—strengthening governance, leadership systems, business processes, performance management, operational discipline and capital efficiency—so that growth becomes sustainable, scalable and less dependent on individuals. His experience also spans private equity, strategic finance, corporate structuring and capital markets, with a pivotal role in three IPO journeys, covering capital raising, capital allocation, investor readiness, financial planning, valuation and corporate structuring.
Mr. Anurag's philosophy is anchored in a simple but powerful proposition: growth must be architected, businesses must be institutionalized, and enterprise value must be deliberately created. He therefore operates beyond conventional advisory, combining strategic insight, commercial acumen, and execution orientation to address complex business challenges and build enterprises capable of sustained growth. His work is ultimately focused on creating businesses that are stronger in structure, sharper in execution, credible to capital, and capable of creating enduring enterprise value.
As a Mentor to Pandava Supereon, Anurag contributes particularly in the areas of strategy, corporate growth, project development, capital markets, business structuring, and execution, helping the Group translate ambitious ideas into scalable and sustainable enterprises.
